Loader:

Also known as a board feeder or loading machine, the loader is the starting point of the SMT production line. It automatically sends PCBs to the SMT placer by receiving the signal from the downstream machine, effectively saving labor costs and improving production line efficiency and quality.

Unloader:

Also known as a board collector or unloading machine, the unloader is the end point of the SMT production line. It automatically places the completed PCBs from the SMT placer into a frame by receiving signals from the upstream machine, effectively saving labor costs.

Stacking Machine:

Also known as a folding machine or layered feeder, the stacking machine is used at the source of the SMT production line. It places PCBs on a support structure above the track and pushes blades on both sides of the board onto the conveyor belt after receiving the signal from the downstream machine, achieving automatic loading. When used as a docking station, it can be used for automatic loading and through-feed functions.

Suction Machine:

The suction machine is used at the beginning of the SMT production line. It transfers stacked bare boards to the connecting track through a lifting platform, vacuum suction system, translational drive, and track transmission, and sends them to the backend equipment, achieving automatic loading. It can be used together with the loader or bare board feeder to improve the efficiency of the SMT production line.

Integrated Suction Loader:

The integrated suction loader combines the functions of an automatic loader and a suction machine. It consists of a material frame loader and a vacuum suction loader. The two loading modes can be switched freely and conveniently. One machine can be used for single or double boards, improving the flexibility of the production line.

Multi-functional Buffer:

The multi-functional buffer is used for PCBs that fail AOI/SPI inspection equipment on the SMT production line. Based on the NG/OK signals given by the inspection equipment, the NG PCBs are transported to the upper layer of the machine for manual confirmation, while the OK PCBs are transported to the next process. NG Buffer Conveyor:
